Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then sign up or subscribe, the company on the other end pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. This page says exactly who pays us, how much, and what that does not change.
Who pays us, and how much
As of 2026-09-23, 2 programs pay us. That is the complete list. If a company is not in this table, we earn nothing when you sign up with them.

Who does not pay us
None of the other 14 firms we track pays us anything, including the ones we score highest. That covers Apex Trader Funding, FTMO, Topstep, MyFundedFutures, FundedNext, FunderPro, Take Profit Trader, Goat Funded Trader, Earn2Trade, Propr, Maven Trading, SizeProp, HyroTrader and The Funded Trader.
Several of those firms run affiliate programs. We are not enrolled in them. If that changes, this table changes on the same day, and every page that links the firm gains the same disclosure line the current programs carry.
What affiliate status does not change
- Scores. The methodology has five inputs: payout track record, complaint velocity, operational stability, regulatory exposure and years operating. "Pays us" is not one of them and there is no field for it in the data.
- Rankings and verdicts. The5ers is the only tracked firm that pays us, and it does not rank first in any guide. In FTMO vs The5ers we tell the trader with a proven strategy to pick FTMO, which pays us nothing.
- Which firms get a link at all. Only firms we currently score Healthy (70 or above) get a referral link. The 4 firms we flag Yellow or Red get a plain reference link with no commission, or no link at all if their site is down. This is enforced in the page code, not by policy: a firm that drops below 70 loses its referral link on the next build.
How to tell an affiliate link from a plain one
- Every affiliate placement is a card marked Sponsored with a disclosure line under the button.
- Any page that carries one prints a disclosure above the first card, before you reach it.
- The links carry
rel="sponsored", and the referral code is visible in the URL:afmc=for The5ers,share_your_love=for TradingView. - Links inside guide text that point to a firm's page on our site (for example /firms/ftmo/) are internal and earn nothing.
Pages that deliberately carry no firm affiliate
Guides whose point is to warn you carry no firm referral link, whatever the firm's status. Is your prop firm going to pay you?, Prop firms that actually paid in 2025 and both crypto guides run only the charting-tool offer, because selling you an evaluation underneath a warning would be indefensible.
The rates we quote are the real ones
Affiliate round-ups circulate inflated figures for prop firm programs ("up to 40% lifetime" for The5ers is a common one). Where a firm's program is mentioned on this site, the number is the published rate. If you find one that is not, tell us and we will correct it.
Cookies and tracking
When you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set a cookie under its own domain so that a later signup is attributed to us. That cookie is theirs, not ours. On our side we count outbound clicks anonymously so we can see which pages send traffic where; there is no personal identifier attached. Details are in the privacy policy.
The newsletter
The email list runs on beehiiv. It currently carries no paid placements and no sponsor slots. Any email that mentions a program in the table above says so in the email. If the list ever takes sponsorship, this page will say who and on what terms before the first sponsored email goes out.
How current this page is
The table and the list of firms above are generated from the same data the rest of the site runs on, so they cannot say one thing while a page says another. Firm scores are reviewed on a rolling ~30-day cycle and each firm page shows its own last-reviewed date. Questions, or a link you think is undisclosed: hello@propvitals.com.
